FLOW
2017 -Â 2020
The project, flow is a healthy outlet with a meditative process that allows me to create abstract and surreal pieces. I do this by using automatism and workflow. When I say flow, I am talking about the experience of the creative process when working. The title ‘flow’, represents the immersive feeling of complete focus and investment into the task at hand. Currently, I view my work as a collection of information gathered from research about myself. It is very much a product of my own self-discovery as well as audience discovery.

My Art is often characterized by Abstract Expressionism. This is due to the use of gestural brushstrokes or mark-making, as well as the impression of spontaneity. In my work, the marks range from crude to smooth, careless to meticulous and take on an almost tribal appearance.
