Services

I offer workshops, teaching, and mentoring based on my practice as a multidisciplinary artist. My work focuses on process, intuition, and experimentation, and I bring this approach into all sessions I lead.

I work with individuals, groups, and institutions to develop creative processes through hands‑on making, reflection, and material exploration. Sessions are clearly structured but open in outcome, allowing space for experimentation and personal direction.

As a coach, I adapt my approach to each person’s goals and desired outcomes. Together we define those goals and adjust the process step by step, always responding to the individual’s needs.

If you are interested in working together: whether through workshops, teaching, mentoring, or coaching please feel free to contact me by email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Examples of session I give below:

Art Break Sessions

Short 15-minute check-ins designed to support emotional regulation and reduce stress. These sessions may include Journaling, body scans, paint your feelings, breathing exercises, or brief meditative practices to help students reset and reconnect and ground themselves.

At-Home Creative Retreats

A guided experience that helps students transform their home into a restorative creative space. This includes support with preparing materials, setting up an intentional environment, and engaging in art-making alongside practices like meditation, movement, music, and nourishing rituals.

Portrait Exploration Sessions

Creative self-discovery sessions centered on making portraits using unconventional materials such as natural elements, found objects, textiles, or recycled media. The focus is on experimentation and expanding perception of identity.

Immersive Studio Sessions

Extended 2–3 hour creative sessions where students engage deeply in hands-on art-making. Students choose their own materials and projects (with optional material support), focusing on longer-term development in mediums such as painting, drawing, or sculpture.

Letter & Art Exchange

An ongoing exchange where client and facilitator share letters and artworks (or images of them) over time. This process allows for deeper reflection on personal themes, goals, and challenges. Variations can include collaborative sketchbooks or notebooks that are passed back and forth and developed together.

Ephemeral Art Sessions

Art-making experiences centered on impermanent materials like sand, water, or natural objects. These sessions emphasize process over product and support themes of release, presence, and letting go.
